firstly, cdp is just a depository. it is the exchange who conducts the buy-in. the timing, unless it has changed within the last six mths, is precisely at 11.15. remisiers are drawn to this mkt like flies to poo. everyone will be very willing to sell to you at your buy-in price since it is usually higher than the prevailing mkt px. those that has difficulty filling orders are usually warrants and thinly traded shares in big qty. as for yongnam, i bet my last dollar that it will be filled within a sec after 11.15.
