I beg to differ with your view on this one.....
Double Top or Triple Top pattern formation takes many weeks to many months to form ( or years ). In fact, just one top or one bottom could take several weeks to months to complete its formation. Volume serves as a very important confirmation. The first top should have much higher volume than the 2nd. The pattern you have spotted seems to have spread in terms of days. Even it is a valid triple top, since the duration is so short, it is unlikely the breakout could be powerful.
