My concern is by the time the magazine goes into print and distributed to my hand, the info is no longer relevant

Hi blitzksg,

I am very new to investing and just joined this forum as well. Just curious to ask of your typical trading day:

Firstly, do you make use of Metastock to do a scanning of stocks that fulfill certain criteria for trading? Is this done manually by launching the Metastock manually or the software actually do it continuously and sending email alerts or SMS to you?

Once you have identify and select a stock, what do you do? Open the charts and read all the TA indicators?

If the indicators are favourable, do you trade immediately?

Hope to hear your method in using the Metastock software to trade. I am quite curious as we are mostly working folks and hardly have time to monitor or trade at workplace.

Is Metastock able to alert us realtime e.g. via SMS or email alerts, when it analyses that a stock is worth trading?
