Yup, I was about to tell you that....
Anything may happen tomorrow. If Dow drops again due to Asia weak performance, STI may drop further. You may end up making money out of the mistake
Look at the bright side, don't think so much, sleep well tonight ( gee, I think this is what your broker was trying to say )

Ya, that is worst case scenario. You may also need to get ready to cut loss. Maybe do it by batches 10 lot per point.

Well, the best thing to do is to clarify with your broker on what he said ( don't guess ). Maybe he has a strategy for you or maybe he sees things that we don't.
Otherwise, my advice is still to queue and buy back 40 lots to patch the hole. I can see you are still yarning to make big buck from this transaction ( by hopping the market crash further and that the price drop to .22 or so ). I think that is pretty risky mentality considering that you are resolving a trouble right now. I will be happy to just be able to bail myself out.
As I said, you can also buy back the 40 lots in stages in case the market keep dropping after you buy ( eg: 10 lot at a time? ).

By the way, if the market shot up tomorrow morning, you may want to keep cool ( don't chase the market ). Normally, after the first hour, it will pull back.

don't understand you leh.....

You already have sold 40 lots where you don't own it in the first place. Tomorrow, when you buy back 40 lots. You are considered to have zero on hand right?

You sold 40 lots ----> - 40
You buy 40 lots tmr ---> + 40
total 0
