Stocks in focus - Pokka Corp and ComfortDelGro

Drinks manufacturer Pokka Corporation has offered to buyout its Singapore-listed unit Pokka Corp (Singapore) by offering S$0.66 per share -- a 36.1 percent premium to Thursday's closing price of S$0.485.

According to DMG and Partners analyst, if the interest rates in Singapore and US continue to remain soft, then stocks with high dividend yield such as ComfortDelGro and Suntec REIT are going to be attractive to investors for a medium term prospective.
