A-Reit up on S$500 mln investment plan

Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust managament accounced that it is looking to invest about S$500 million ($368 million) a year to grow its portfolio to $5 billion by 2010 and is exploring potential investments in industrial properties and business space. It is also said to expand its portfolio through development projects and yield-accretive acquisitions.

This news may result in a postive inflow into the stock and hence it is recommened that investors should buy on dips.
