Stocks in news - Sembcorp Marine , Olam and Wilmar
Sembcorp Marine announced that it had won a $400 million contract from Maersk Olie og Gas AS, a unit of A.P Moller-Maersk to build an offshore platform to be installed in the North Sea. With the growing number of contracts day by day, it seems that Sembcorp Marine would definitely be a good pick for long term prospective.


Olam and Wilmar accounced that they formed a 50:50 joint venture company Olam Wilmar Investment Holdings to acquire 20 percent of PureCircl for a total of $106.2 million. This JV of Olam and Wilmar is a very positive news for the share holders of both the companies.
