Punj Lloyd's Singapore unit in Saudi infrastructure JV

The Singapore unit of Indian engineering and construction firm Punj Lloyd said on Monday it has set up a joint venture with Saudi Arabia's Dayim Al-Haditha to handle infrastructure projects such as hotels and hospitals.

Sembawang Engineers and Constructors, the Punj Lloyd unit, will take a 49 percent stake in the joint venture while Dayim, which is supported by Saudi Arabia's Prince Khalid Bin Bandar Bin Sultan, will hold 51 percent.
