If I lose lots of money in stock in one
year, can I carry the negative capital gain forward? How does that work and how many years can I carry forward?The link you supplied doesn't work.

Need more infor to help U.

Eg. Which counter? How much U bought? Meaning Price and Number of lots.

Then I can help U to analyze and come to some suggestion.
