Only now, the market seems "over" bullish.

I would expect the market to pullback from its current level before climbing further. Look at my post on VIX.

I am not skilled in astrology. I do have a friend who does that.

OIL is another KEY.
I think the oil price is obviously a BUBBLE.
Does it continue to rise???
maybe...to JUNE.
Because Pluto(R) is conjuct Neptune(the first trade chart of OIL)
Neptune means OIL and ILLUSION.

You no need to use astrology to know when market is topping,it can be done with technical analysis as well.
