HI DEAR ALL, LOOKING AT SUBPRIME CONCERNS, CREDIT CRUNCH WOES SPREADING TO UK ROCKFELLAR BANKS,
NONETHELESS: ASIA ROSE BACK STRAIGHT AFTER THOSE DAYS. IS ASIA REALLY BULLISH IT CAN OVERSEE THE OFFSET EFFECTS IN THE WEST?

SHOULD AN INVESTOR BUYER:

1) BUY THE DAY AFTER BAD NEWS HITS THE WEST? (WHICH PROBABLY MORE WILL COME?)
2)OR BUY WHEN THE VALUE DROPS TO YOUR INVESTMENT EXPECTATION?

WILL APPRECIATE ANY KINDLY ADVICE;
