Hello to all users and moderators..after having a dormant securities account for more than 10yrs, I finally pick up the courage to buy some stocks online in this bearish market..just before they de-activate my account.

I am currently holding CapitaCommercialTrust, Parkway Holdings, Macarthurcook Industrial REIT, Tat Hong Holdings and Jaya Holdings.

im holding on to Macarthurcook too..just for dividend play :T

Thanks for sharing. I'm currently monitoring the stocks I'm holding on to. I bought into MacarthurCook not just for its dividends, but I'm more interested in the future growth of the company. I hope it can continue to make acquisitions and expand its assests in Singapore and regionally, and at same time tide through its refinancing issue at hand. If all work out well, this will mean even higher dividends in future years. So, I may be adding on my stake in this company at its current distressed stock price should it show the tenacity to tide through its near refinancing issue.
