Large shareholder selling
Any idea why a large shareholder is selling at a discount? Who is he? What is the trend for next week? I am bullish about this stock.

Suntec City
Suntec City of Suntec Reit is so close to the Marina IR being built. The property prices will surely rise and so will the rent. If the rent rises, then shareholders will get a better value from their shares in the form of dividends and capital gains. So I am bullish about this stock and expect it to rebound.

Also, the big shareholder probably shorted the shares and will buy back at a lower price. I heard he is some god of shares in Asia.

The property market is getting red hot and I expect all Reits to rise in tandem esp Suntec Reit.
