Singapore c.bank announces swap facility with Fed

SINGAPORE, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Singapore's central bankannounced on Thursday a swap facility with the U.S. FederalReserve that will provide dollar liquidity of up to $30 billionto meet the needs of the banking system.
