When to Buy and Sell #4: Stochastics

Stochastics is an indicator which is used along with RSI. It consists of 2 lines a blue line and a red line. The red line is %D and the blue line %K. The setting for %K is 7 and %D is 10.

When the %K ( blue line ) crosses the %D ( red line ) a buy signal is given.

When the red line crosses the blue line a sell signal is given.
