See Hup Seng’s unit secures 5-yr contract to package and supply asphalt

See Hup Seng Limited on Wednesday announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, TAT Petroleum Pte Ltd, has secured a contract to package and resell asphalt in drums for a period of five years commencing from Feb 1.
