Breaking News: Cyclists Killed Along Orchard Rd

Heard a piece of very sad news tonight

Two racing cyclists were killed in a tragic accident along Orchard Road, in front of Orchard Towers. Holden O'Brien, 35, and Ken Mitchell, 36, are amateur racing cyclists who are expatriates, frequently ride their racing bikes along Cluny Road, Orchard Road and Scotts Road in the early mornings and late at night. Tonight proved to be a tragic night as they were knocked down by a lorry truck driven by Santosh Kumar. They were killed instantly. Mr Kumar was injured and taken to the Singapore General Hospital for treatment.
